Reset Your Nervous System in Nature
Join Rebecca and Andrea for a restorative yet enriching weekend away in a sanctuary-setting with like-minded folks that “get it.” Sometimes we have to get somewhere by going nowhere. This weekend is about stretching to the point of savour, not stressing to the point of snap. It’s about being yourself, finding yourself and appreciating yourself. This is not about discovering your “best” self. It’s about realizing that she’s already here.
This is an intimate weekend with maximum 8 guests and spots are limited. Reserve early.

What to Expect: An Intimate, Immersive Experience
Travel the superhighway of homeostasis with Polyvagal (Vagus Nerve) Yoga Practice - and when we do it in community we get that little extra little boost. Together we will activate vagal pathways to support calmer states, emotional regulation, autonomic nervous system flexibility and immune function. This is not your typical peacock-posing-on-instagram. This goes way deeper (and simpler). No experience necessary.
Learn practical tools to help break free from familiar patterns, take control and make meaningful progress on personal goals. Whether it’s simplifying routines, targeting focus or reducing overwhelm, we’ve got you. And each other, When we share with like minded folks we can unmask, unfilter and unapologetically be ourselves.
Getting out of our heads and into our bodies is no small feat. Especially for those of us with ADHD. We’ve curated neural exercises (we like to call them fames because many are “fun” and interesting ) to cultivate a deeper connection with your body. Oops we almost forgot - they also happen to release tension, pent up emotions, decrease stress and anxiety and even pain management. You game?
Dive deeper into understanding ADHD with expert coach-led workshops to gain clarity and understanding of who you are and where you are. Trust us - you’re exactly who and where you’re meant to be. And the best part is that it all happens in an intimate group setting where you’ll feel seen, heard and supported.
Practice the path of self care with curated nourishing meals, blissful breathwork, immersive nature therapy and soothing sound baths.
Group circles with time to rest, nap, and wander alone
Explore quiet trails, feel the forest, and breathe deeply
Curated soundscapes including sound baths as well as Safe & Sound / Rest & Restore Sound Therapy - to restore your nervous system.

I created this retreat because the world wasn’t designed for ADHDers to thrive, so I built a space that is.
Growing up with a neurotypical twin, I saw how easily the world set him up for success while I faced constant struggles. Diagnosed in the '90s with little support, I leaned into my ADHD traits—rebellious, creative, impulsive—and turned them into strengths.
After years of trial and error, I customized an ADHD-friendly lifestyle that allowed me to live, work, and travel on my terms, breaking free from societal norms. It was Life-Changing!
With 45 years of experience, certified coaching, research, and a career working with world-famous neurodiverse artists & international events, I’ve created a coaching and sensory-bliss retreat like no other.
If I can provide a shortcut to help you live fully with ADHD, my purpose is fulfilled.

Andrea is the founder of Permission To Be, a company dedicated to creating restorative spaces where women can heal, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
With a background in home building and sociology, Andrea’s work is rooted in the belief that the first home we truly live in is ourselves—and that both home and community must be built from the inside out.
Her journey includes overcoming stigma, challenging assumptions, and reclaiming her voice in spaces where she once felt unseen. Along the way, Andrea learned one of her most life-changing truths: that real well-being can’t be outsourced. It must be in-sourced—drawn from the inner knowing we all carry. She believes we are each the true expert on our own body, heart, and healing.
Through Noisy River Retreats—lovingly curated by Permission To Be—Andrea now brings together somatic practices, nature immersion, sound healing, and soulful connection to offer women a place to soften, rest, and return to their natural rhythm.
