Grief Walk is a virtual live event offering a mindful outdoor experience with cues on sensory awareness and grief. In a shared environment it offers a place to “Microdose” your mourning while walking with others.
GRIEF GROUNDING
Online Support Circles for and with those who are grieving. By gathering together, we avoid isolation; receive emotional & physical support; find a non-judgemental “safe-enough” space to be ourselves. By being together, we have the opportunity to support others as we support ourselves.

GRIEF RECOVERY
An 8 week individual or group program. An evidence based recovery method and program to help those struggling with various types of loss and grief, whether it be related to a career, relationship, health and wellness or a loved one. The Grief Recovery Method process allows you to complete emotional pain from any type of loss without analysis, criticism or judgement.
